Sinn Fein were the political wing of the IRA, and there can be no doubt both organisations were involved in the bombing campaigns of the 70s and 80s.

That presumably includes Gerry Adams and Martin McGuinness who got elected as politicians. You couldn't make this stuff up.
IMO, at the very least they aided and abetted terrorists.
