I had scrambled egg, tomatoes and smoked haddock for brekkie. I want it again tonight but I’ve got meatballs, so probably do a pasta.

I've just made a shin beef in ale gravy thing to slow cook for tonight

I might bung a pastry lid on it but I might not

will be sliced carrots, mashed cauliflower & buttered spring greens with it, possibly a roastie or 2, we'll see how that goes


daughter is making beetroot chocolate brownies at some point too

Bone broth is really healthy for you. Do you boil it with anything else for some flavour?
