Day 2 of March 2 Leave.

The press are here, but where are the marchers ? Who knows ? Nigel Farage has cried off, he is off lobbying EU leaders (he claims), but the other 37 marchers ?

Day 3 of March 2 Leave.

See day 2. Cross out 37, insert 19.

Day 4........oh bugger this. Complete waste of time. I'm off to report on Spice in the North East.

Just about spot on, then. And they can't even blame the weather...

Nigel Farage will not complete Brexit Betrayal march despite urging supporters to join him

The former UKIP leader says the event was to show "the political class" that voters will not put up with a delayed Brexit...

(Sky News)

...because of course an MEP who's filched millions from the taxpayer is not a member of "the political class".

Once upon a time there used to be liberals with social conscience. In recent times they've switched to actively enabling Tory austerity dogma, wage repression, public service cuts, privatisation scams, welfare destruction ... then whining on endlessly when these policies collapsed living standards and caused the wave of public fury that drove Brexit marginally over the winning line.

They created their own worst nightmare by actively ruining the welfare policies of their predecessors, then have the absolute cheek to pose as the heroic saviours!

There's always shit going on in the background the MSM don't tell us about and there are always hidden agendas unfolding of which the MSM are part of in their reporting or lack of.

David Cameron, Wikileaks, America and Brexit
By now, there should be serious doubts about how the Brexit debate and EU referendum even got off the ground in the first place. David Cameron would have been advised by countless experts, both political and economic about the demons an EU referendum would unleash. Countless ‘mainstream media’ articles reported that his decision was to settle the long-standing battle between the right and radical right within the Tory party and that he simply miscalculated.

But there is a truth that the MSM or commentators dare not utter. David Cameron was heavily influenced politically by yet another of these guileful and influential think tanks – this time the Policy Exchange.

Policy Exchange – David Cameron’s favourite think-tank – was founded in 2001 after the ultra right-winger Iain Duncan Smith was elected leader. The think tank shaped Mr Cameron’s campaign for t>>>>>>>>>>>>>> https://truepublica.org.uk/united-kingd ... nd-brexit/

I know I know much simpler to stick to the mass media's tales.

"Downing Street has said it won’t hold another vote on Theresa May’s Brexit deal this week unless it has a “realistic prospect” of success."

May, you gutless cow - we know your game. Run down the clock and watch as your equally gutless MPs (who would NEVER vote for your horrible deal last week) roll over as your combination of bribes and threats prove too much of a temptation.

Accept the will of parliament now. If you lose, you lose. Then resign with as much honour as you can muster and call a general election.

John Bercow has ruled out another vote on the government's previously rejected Brexit agreement if the motion remains "substantially the same".

He told the Commons that parliamentary conventions dating back to 1604 meant MPs could not be asked to vote on precisely the same subject twice.

Good for him !!

I knew it was against parliamentary rules to repeat votes on substantially the same bill, in the same session - he must have been under a lot of pressure to allow it.

[quote="Cannydc"]May, you gutless cow/quote]

Actually it's Corbyn who is gutless
He got his party to abstain on a vote that is actually officially party policy (a peoples vote)
Then he says if there's a 2nd referendum - he'd vote to leave (probably)

He's been labour so-called "leader" for nearly 4 years
The EU referendum was nearly 3 years ago

And he still doesn't know what his position is?

And was said in the house "He's leave up north and remain down south"

This is an issue which has caused ministers to be dismissed or resign
This is an issue that has literally caused the labour party to split
And the membership to drop by thousands

3 years and he still wont commit to a position?
Yes it's Corbyn who is the gutless wimp
To afraid to make a stand
