I've never seen any of those using the words incel, or cuck, or beta

I've seen puzzles using them dozens of times, so he would be the go to expert

OK here's the thing.
Ass/Arse is my go to insult ...... for the incredibly simple reason that I cannot bring myself to use c*nt as an insult and so I have never used that word in my life.
That does not leave me with many more options, does it? Hence why i always say ass/arse instead.
