But the orange bit, it's a rather poncy addition imo and it actually annoys me that an extra premium is charged for it.
Plum sauce is nice with it tho.

I thought all those dine-in deals were the same price, £12?

Duck is nice in orange, plum or hoisin sauce IMO.
Nope, you're wrong, it's still just a tenner ... in Tesco, at least.
But the last few weekends I've been cooking from scratch. A home cooked meal is always nicer than a shop bought one.

I remeber when I first tried Lemon curd, for a time it was way better than peanut butter and jam or nutella (stopped buying it since they added Soya to nutella)

Bone broth is really healthy for you. Do you boil it with anything else for some flavour?

I salt the chicken before roasting. all the bones I collect in a pot and cook a day later. other than that I have never found anything more to be nessesary. I supose a few herbs at some future date will be added but in no rush. I would like to actually have more than one course per sitting. but to see the jelly and antisipate the dipping of that first slice takes me continents away through time. as My asian freinds would say, Good for the tata bani, or as westerners say, puts hairs on Your chest. (and that just reminded Me of the film Willow).
