I did think that at first but Charlie does not post like a 5-year old probably the K thing and the up all night posting. But whoever it is is clearly a troll.

If you confront him he will get very angry ... he needs some kind of medication

He has been given medication before but he refuses to take it. He's been given specialist medical help before but he never sticks with it - I believe he stopped going to see a female therapist because she wouldn't go out with him.

He needs sectioning but it's more likely that he'll end up on jail.

I am surprised he hasn't been in his local rag.

There is someone in a town near where I live who keeps spitting and swearing at people. I haven't seen him yet but the locals have warned me about him.
