They look like they don't know what the heck they're talking about but they've got the £, imagination and just need someone with a brain to make it happen. It isn't a new concept. There was the famous bull experiment where the bulls limbs were controlled by a device. If you think about it and you were we're going to create AI you wouldn't bother building the whole body when you could just build a chip. But it isn't about creating something that's better than us, it's about control.

The real AI is being done through genetic manipulation because they believe intelligence is inherited. It isn't. The rich and famous will probably being sold these designer babies.
