Now they know and they create them in labs and they are far superior to silicon for absorbing heat so bang goes silicon valley.

for almost as long as i can remember diamonds have been a strong contender for memory storage. If i recall correctly they can't get them to act as transistors. Silicate crystals (so much from crystals being pseudo science ) have that ability.
