Nobody was allowed to fly without a vaccine, but the immigrants were flown all over the country without a problem. Does that make sense to you? Can you or anyone else actually explain to me why that was OK? Were the immigrants less infectious?

Also, people are too scared to let their children out of the house, while at the same time having to clean up their gardens of human faeces. Women are getting rapped and other people are getting killed by the drug lords. Fentanyl is being brought over the border killing thousands of American youths...yet nobody cares.

The residence of Martha's vineyard got rid of all 50 illegals within hours of them arriving claiming to not have the infrastructure in place to cater for them. That's all 50 they didn't even have room for one or two.
The mayor of Chicago Lori Lightfoot of another sanctuary city is moving the illegals arriving daily to out of the city to towns that are not sanctuaries. she has no legal right to do that.

Not quite - Trump isn't even asserting that the documents are declassified in court, that's why he needed his stooge judge to make a ruling based on something he wasn't even saying.

Trump's problem is that if the documents are not declassified he is already guilty of mishandling classified information - which would disqualify him from running for office.

However if he claims in a sworn statement the documents are declassifed and cannot show any process by which they became declassified he is knowingly making a false statement under oath. That's perjury and would also instantly disqualify him from running for office.

So Trump is trying and failing to play games. Like all his election lies the lie that he declassified the documents is not one he can make in court - and he isn't even trying.

What he hoped was that his nomination for Special Master would ask the government to prove the documents were not declassified - asking them to prove a negative. The Special Master knows that doesn't wash in a court of law and is telling Trump to prove they are declassified.

To do that Trump has to assert the positive claim, under oath, that the documents are declassified and as he knows that is a lie he doesn't want to do it
