Diet's going well. No booze really helps. I'm already noticing a change in appearance. I should dig out the weighing scales which must be around somewhere.

The 3 sessions last week were all continuous running ones with no walking intervals at all with the last one being 25 minute. All good and my puny calves have finally stopped complaining so much.
Diet's going well. No booze for about 3 weeks now and good food choices have made all the difference. I think I'll carry on being rigid with my diet for a few more weeks but I think I'm coming close to losing as much weight as I can get away with before looking like I've come straight off the boat. All my clothes are starting to fit nicely again so I must have been outrageously bloated before!

I take it you've checked your BMI.

According to the app I should now be able to run a 5k within that time but I'm not tracking my pace or distance so I have no idea if that is true or not. I doubt it though as my running feels a bit slow.
I'm taking the week off running to allow some recovery (that and I'm being a bit lazy) but will be back on it next week.
Diet is going well. Still no booze but that will probably change on Saturday as we are seeing friends that are coming in from overseas. I have increased the size of my meals to keep my weight stable for the time being but feel and look very good so I'm happy.
Onwards friends. Ever onwards.

Calm down Paula Radcliffe. I'm only having a week off!
I'll do a 5k race at some point this year (and a 10k hopefully) just not right now.
