His mindset seems to have changed C S from not being bathed to doing things, in hospital he had to be clean and tidy, he is continuing to be such, he is keeping active.
The bookie is trying to get him a lady to come in once a week and do some chores, none of us know how much to pay her by the hour.

He made a nasty remark about his son this morning, I pretended I did not hear it.

Hmm, well I can help you out there. Cleaners in London get at least £12 an hour now so bit less for where you are. Ask her what the going rate is there. £10 an hour seems fair to me. My sister pays that in Cheshire.

Yeah you did right about the remark. Best to keep out of his family woes Major or you may get drawn in.

He has mod cons in his house but it needs bringing into this century, lol lol with a massive facelift which will give a fairly big added value price tag to the property.

If it were mine I would get plans drawn up and apply for planning PDQ.

Data protection, but normally in this situation major it depends on who answers the phone ,

The old boy has had a bad time Markey but he has picked up quite good now.

Myself and or the bookies neighbour see him most days, he has been sawing up pallets for several days now for NEXT winter, I told him not to give them away.

Some raftink has stolen a wheelie bin and the spuds.
The bookies says he knows the thief by sight.

Myself and the bookie discovered an erect old disgustingly filthy unused aluminium greenhouse at Roys, who said "dunno what to do with it", myself and the bookie suggested we bring it back to life.
We emptied old rank soil and loads of rubbish from it, jet washed and Jeyes fluid it.
We will put pea gravel down today as a bed to grow stuff 'ring culture', done it loads of times previously for tomatoes and cucumbers.
I have the pots and will get tomato plants today.

Roy is over the moon and wants some capsicums.

Here's hoping for a good crop

Sungold orange ones are my favs which I have grown before, I will try to get them.

The last property we moved from I left a greenhouse, the one before that I sold the greenhouse, buyer to dismantle and take away which he did, I also gave hime quite a bit of stuff to help him.
I specifically told him NOT TO TAKE MY THERMOMETER, he nicked it, I phoned him to bring it back, the 2 faced slimy b------ posted it through my letter box and smashed it, it was sentimental to me.

Anyway I git him back, say no more.

Toms, cues and capsicums in now, looks neat and tidy, smells good with the Jeyes.

The bookies wife has donated an old style plastic dustbin to grow a marrow, never tasted one myself.
She half filled it with cow sh, oops manure, screwed up several newspapers on top, on large bag of compost and a marrow plant.
I have run a drip feed from the greenhouse gutter to give it plenty of water .

We are all looking forward to some home grown produce.

This is the first year since mid 90s I have not had my own produce of something.

Roy is all smiles, considering a few weeks back he is great, GOOD.
