One can contest a will , especially under Scottish Law , their Inheritance laws are different to South of the Border .
It's not that easy to succeed in contesting a Will. You would have to prove that the person was not of sound mind or something. Also, if they have dependants like young children, that could work, but generally, the deceased person's wishes are upheld.
If you were a member of the royal family, surely it'd be piss easy to contest ANY wills?
