Another ballz up by the establishment, they do not give a flying frog, IMO..

This ratbag should be flogged and then hanged IMO.

Do you believe we should give more jail time to convicted criminals or continue being soft with them?

Prisoner left unsupervised on day release tried to rape girl, 15, with learning difficulties

3:51 PM on 30th October 2009

A prisoner who tried to rape a 15-year-old girl with learning difficulties while on day release was jailed indefinitely today.

Paul White, 30, of no fixed address, was told he must serve at least seven years in prison before being considered for release.

Judge David Paget said it was a 'matter of concern' that a man with his record had been left unsupervised in a place where vulnerable young people would be.

White was serving a four-and-a-half year sentence for theft when he was allowed out to attend a centre in Brixton, south London, in July last year.
