Having a Newfie is great... until your groomer doesn't trim off enough fur around her back end, and she takes to peeing on the flags in the back garden. Stinky Newfie is stinky

Lovely dogs.

I see one in the town centre sometimes.

His owner goes into the bakers and gets what he needs and he always gets the dog a sausage roll and the dog carries it home in a wee bag.

Mine would scoff it the minute he got it.

Oh that is adorable! :wubwub:

Bear carries in my shopping bags from the car. But a sausage roll would be swallowed, bag and all. She will eat absolutely anything. She downed a bag of popcorn kernels not long ago, then proceeded to fire them out her arse like a machine gun.
She's wonderful, but she's also a fucking idiot at times.

Thankfully Jack's never eaten sweetcorn.

I can mind the time he managed to open a packet of twiglets and scoff them.

He started being violently sick and his eyes were going funny.

I had to rush him to the vets.

Of course the car was away for it's MOT, so I'd had to phone a taxi and because it was early, i was still wearing my PJ's, so I had to throw my jacket and trousers on top of them.

It was a nightmare.

God. They don't half know how to panic you, at the worst bloody times. I'd have been a wreck!

We've been lucky with Bear, so far. She did eat a punnet of grapes but the vet just told me to keep an eye. He wasn't concerned at all. Yet I'm on the phone thinking she's gunna die, nearly having a heart attack myself.

She's relegated to the kitchen today. Snatched a bottle of Vimto off the top and covered herself and the living room in it last night. No amount of hosing her down is getting rid of the sticky.

There was a case in the paper last week of three dogs being poisoned after eating grapes.

While the woman was out the house, her parrot was throwing them to her dogs.

Jack ate one of my socks once, it passed through him after a couple of days.

You should have seen it.

Not sure if the parrot was trying to be really nice and treat the dogs, or secretly plotting to get rid of them! :gigglesnshit:

He ate the whole sock, whole? Oh god. I can't just imagine a full sock shit. We've had rainbow shits (after Bear has scoffed a few tubs of play doh) but never a sock!

Aye the sock was horrible, i had to put gloves on to pick it up.

When my cousin was wee, she fed her Corgi plastacine cakes.

His poos were multi coloured for days.

No kennels for Fido nowadays, they have fancy wee houses.
