ive got autoimmune issues so really strict now with food intake. Cake once a week , i make a lot of cakes, slice myself a bit then hand the rest over to the grandkids. I still have a weakness for the caramel syrup in coffee though. im not giving that up.

a couple of weeks ago I got the wee yin a first aid kit with a torch. set up camp before Sunset so I could be sleeping by now. when I got the torch she gave me a bag with a banana and two slices of buttered bread :wubwub:

. got some charlotte potatoes and a stove I haven't used yet. a tin of soup and a loaf I am considering taking with me. just along the railway line if anyone cares to visit, but will be moving to new location by the evening.
