Correct. Mind you, if they're like bullets, they're pretty nasty too.
I never used to eat sprouts as a child but I don't mind them now.... as long as they are cooked properly. They're nice served with fried bacon lardons and pine nuts.
I've had them with chopped roasted chestnuts.... but that sounds nice, must try it!
It's also a good idea, after frying your lardons for a little while, to chuck in a little white wine and reduce it down before serving it up with the sprouts.
Sounds even better...
