A woman has released photos of herself at the height of her addiction to Heroin which she hopes will help others.
Melissa Lee Matos has spoken of how she used to spend all her money on drugs and forget that she had children to feed.
It's very difficult to break free from addiction, but it can be done.
A backbone, determination and support are all helpful.

That pic with couple in the car proper haunts me seeing the poor child in the back , poor mite , all the pics are proper harrowing
