Christmas TV schedule

Postby Cactus Jack » Fri Dec 14, 2018 8:28 pm

A time honoured game.

Fill a TV schedule from 10am through to 12pm with your ideal Christmas Day TV viewing.

No need to have the Queen's Christmas address if you don't want to but if you do you have to schedule correctly around it.

To make it easier there are no adverts so a film's running time is as stated and breaks between are fairly tight.

As a sample

10am - A Christmas Carol (1951)
11:30 - White Christmas (1990)
1:30 - The Intelligence Men (1965)
3:15 The Great Escape (1963)
6:15 It's a Wonderful Life (1946)
8:25 Die Hard - or Die Hard 2
10:40 Draft Day (2014)

- a reasonable compromise and something for all the family

If it fills the time who cares.

Father Ted is a good choice.

Your Irish roots make sense & you're far from "thick". My Irish nan used to play on the "thick" stereo type & it was only as an adult (long after her death) I realised how sharp she was.

Love Father Ted!
