Well, I'm almost finished reading Fragrant Harbour now.

It has been an odd, disjointed book up till last night but the pieces are just falling into place now. I ought to be finished it by tomorrow night - so just perfect timing for starting my holiday reading on Saturday!!

Now reading "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee. I read this when I was at school - more years ago now than I care to remember. It's refreshing to do that though because it's almost like reading something entirely new!!

Brought to mind by these forums a book I read long ago, "The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat" by Oliver Sacks .I'm going to reread it and his other writings. Fascinating stuff .

Just read The Woman in Black by Sandra Hill, Ive been meaning to go and see the play in London for as long as I can remember and never got round to it. Now I've read the book I HAVE to go, what an absolutely perfect ghost story, especially given all the Vampire/werewolf/freaks and Hobgoblins shite I've been reading for the last couple of years.
