I want a cupa tea sugar loving bacteria in the gut multiply producing an enzyme that floods the blood stream the primary cause of muscle tension and dry skin. As well as I am substituting sugar for a meal. Associated smoking with tea as well. Stop buying cigs back on tea for a short time.

If you're giving up the cigs don't push yourself too far on giving up other stuff too. One battle at a time. best of luck Art.

been substituting hot water for tea for a few months on and off. managed to reduce the amount I smoke, not so much in quantity but volume of tobacco.

I drink hot water in place a brew quite often..
It acquires a mildly sweet taste somehow.
Cleans you out relaxes you at bedtime and fills up your belly helping you lose weight.
Notice your pee is warm .... sometimes very warm
If you drink cold water your body has to put quite a lot of energy into processing it to get the temperature up to what you feel but drinking warm/hot water doesn't need that energy input/output.

No because I still have the old fashioned header tank and big copper tank in a cupboard.
I aint that daft .... honest.
Not a problem though for modern people with a combi boiler .... the water is coming straight from the cold water main.

I drink hot water too always boiled it though, never straight from the tap.
