been substituting hot water for tea for a few months on and off. managed to reduce the amount I smoke, not so much in quantity but volume of tobacco.
I drink hot water in place a brew quite often..
It acquires a mildly sweet taste somehow.
Cleans you out relaxes you at bedtime and fills up your belly helping you lose weight.
Notice your pee is warm .... sometimes very warm
If you drink cold water your body has to put quite a lot of energy into processing it to get the temperature up to what you feel but drinking warm/hot water doesn't need that energy input/output.
