Just had the longest thunder storm I ever experienced.
The thunder was rolling from three different directions none stop for about 45 minutes .... a trickle of rain.
That much lightening that I unplugged everything!
Sweltering humidity shirt stuck to my back.

There was literally no gap in the rolling thunder all that time.
Me and missus sat outside in it because with everything inside switched off it was the only thing of interest and entertainment.

My gran would open the front and back door an inch so lightening balls could go straight through the house and out the other side rather than get trapped in the house!

I have fished in horrendous storms going back a few years, once the engine conked out and left us with a pair of oars, Ok wise guys, not whores, we lost one and was rescued.
I cannot say I was scared but the smell was awful.

Black sky coming in over the mountaintops a mile away lots of lightening.
Might have to switch everything off and have tea outside again in the storm.
