I have learned over the years not to think, talk about at home or in the street when it is so hot, take things easy, slow down and try to ignore it, it does help.

The car air con is fantastic but when you alight the warm air hits you.

I have recently bought 2 COLD bed pillows, they sure make a difference, I am surprised.

I have those pillows too, they are a godsend some nights. They're also good for lying on top of dodgy knees and cooling them down.

about ten minuets after posting i was looking out the window.
Saw a flash and started counting,
