The hyperbole I put in the title is my way of praising those awesome chefs for bringing their A-game to their workplace every day. Cooking 3-course meals twice daily for 6,000 miners! Just ONE weak link in that huge catering chain could bring the whole mining workforce to its knees with food poisoning, as we all know.
