If you like fish, you'd almost certainly enjoy sea bass, Pokes. Loads of ways to cook it, but I prefer it simply pan fried with a little drizzle of freshly squeezed lemon juice

I pretty much do the same as you, pan fry - always in fat bastard butter, of course.
