0 + 3 = 3

7 -1 = 6 multiply 6 by nothing ( 0 ) and it's still 6 now add 3 = 9 and divide by 3 = 3

PEDMAS: Parentheses, Exponents, Division & Multiplication, Addition & Subtraction

Working left to right (in the absence of parentheses), you do the division and multiplication first and then do the addition and subtraction last.

So, it's 1x0=0 first and then 3/3=1
And then it's 7-0=7 and 7+1=8

Type it into a spreadsheet if you don't believe me.
That's what I did.
