Why do you only post in the what's for dinner thread?
It's not a criticism, but it just seems a bit strange to me.
Your meals sound very tasty though :Hiya:

Serious answer :smilin: I don't! I post a lot in News/Politics but also in Literary Corner and a few other places.

I like what's for dinner thread because I've had some good ideas from there and my family all love their grub! :Wiiiine!:

Cup of earl grey and a cheese sandwhich. Meant to have a couple of cherry tomatoes with it but this latest batch from tesco was so tasty .... luscious juicy fookers they were, I nearly finished the whole punnet and yes I felt a bit queasy after, but it was worth it!

Don't fancy evening meal. We had a very late lunch with black pudding which I haven't had for ages. There was also white pudding in the pack and that was delicious too. Never tried that before.

I've always boiled black pud in water, cut it out of its skin and scoffed it straight away, still hot. Dunno if anyone else does it like that.
Anyroad, just wolfed down home made chicken madras - my gob's on fire.

tonight I made two curries. One was just my usual chicken curry and the other, which I haven't made before was, gobi chana. It was really nice. Cauliflower, spring onions, peppers, chick peas and loads of spices.

Just made a load of Spicy Thai bites ..... minced lamb with lemongrass, fish sauce, soy sauce, chillis, red onion etc. Just have to fry them for few minutes on either side. Doing rice and salad with them.
