Going to make it a LOT easier to sell to their buddies now isn't it? Sell them for a knockdown price so that their friends can then buy them cheaply, and end the N.H.S. forever.

But that epitome of compassion Ma Maybot would never do that!

Would she?

Strong and stable.

May wouldn't recognise compassion if it slapped her in the kisser Keyser.
Wrong and unable would be a better description of that sorry excuse for a woman if honest! :grrrrr:

Indeed, fox hunting, a sly reversal of the ivory ban and only just today creeping up to Trump (whilst the rest of the world lined up to condemn him) and supporting yet another Tory criminal in Craig Mackinlay.

She is weak, weak, weak and very nasty with it.

Twiddle my thumbs mostly Jack.
I wanted to reply to Abs earlier but don't know if I'd be allowed to.
It does say I can post replies but I don't know if that only applies to this thread or not to be honest?

Reread what Stooo said and don't do it again.

That thread you tried to post on was from four years ago, you do that again and you'll find yourself IP banned.

Months ago, tory MP's roared with laughter in parliament when they successfully used their large majority to vote in some of their nasty austerity policies.

Now that their majority has been drastically reduced, (even with DUP propping them up) hopefully they will remove the 1% pay cap on nurses and incentivise them to stay.

Hopefully it will also slow down their mission to pull the NHS apart limb from limb - and sell off the best bits to their buddies.

A Yougov poll gave Labour a lead of 8% recently which is astonishing. Labour would help save the NHS ... but Theresa says she is staying put for a year at least.

Not daft is she? She knows that if the tories call an election right now, their ass will be turfed out quicker than you can say "DUP". :pointlaugh:

Reclaiming Public Services

How cities and citizens are turning back privatisation

Reclaiming Public Services is vital reading for anyone interested in the future of local, democratic services like energy, water and health care. This is an in-depth world tour of new initiatives in public ownership and the variety of approaches to deprivatisation.
From New Delhi to Barcelona, from Argentina to Germany, thousands of politicians, public officials, workers, unions and social movements are reclaiming or creating public services to address people’s basic needs and respond to environmental challenges.
They do this most often at the local level. Our research shows that there have been at least 835 examples of (re)municipalisation of public services worldwide since 2000, involving more than 1,600 municipalities in 45 countries.
Why are people around the world reclaiming essential services from private operators and bringing their delivery back into the public sphere? There are many mo>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> https://www.tni.org/en/publication/recl ... c-services
