4 of us just had our meal in the garden. Big salad, new potatoes with mint, cold chicken and turkey. It's boiling here today.

I did a huge frittata with shallots, choi sum, spinach, tomato, peppers, sweetcorn, bacon and cheese with lots of salad leaves. Nice change and plenty left for quick breakfasts through the week.

Whatever i choose from a massive buffet. On holiday in Alcudia since Sunday and the food is really good. It is 36.5 at the moment and just had to come in and have a lay down in the air con hotel room as starting to flag. Time for another swim soon. It is bliss not to have to shop for or cook food.

For lunch we just had a massive salad with saffron rice, mango, grapes and oranges. The cucumber and tomatoes are always so much sweeter here.

Paprika and chilli chicken with garlic cous cous, shallots, peas, sweetcorn, choi sum and tomatoes. Once for lunch and again for dinner
