As long as we have a society that create vulnerable young people due to poverty, deprivation and other social factors they are gonna be preyed upon by men of all ethnicities (plenty of
white rape gangs as well). A society that looks down on people as "chavs", "scroungers", "damaged goods", "trash" etc, clearly sends the message that they are sections of our society not worth treating with humanity and so is it any wonder that things like this occur.
