New pots and salad :woteva:

Pork and chilli kebabs, curried chicken thighs, burgers, sausages and all of that shit. Starting in an hour if you're local

Oh, and a bit of vino, gorgeous day!

Dead diseased pig and chicken. Fed on shit. Yummy.

Vegan detected.

I eat fish and local eggs that I know are free range. I can see the hen scurrying around and they're healthy. The sight of meat makes me heave.

Tonight I'm cooking local new potatoes with mint from my garden. I am doing extra lean minced beef and onions in gravy and whatever veg I can find in the freezer.

Just about to roast up some chicken thighs. I slashed them up a bit with my super sharp boning knife and rubbed them with a mixture of chicken fat, curry powder, salt and pepper and some chilli powder, covered the lot in foil in a deep baking dish and left it for a bit. Gonna roast it in minute

Got a deboned leg of baa lamb for tomorrow so I'm going to mess around with the thing a bit tonight. I'm thinking of stabbing the shit out of it and rubbing in some butter mixed with S&P, fresh rosemary and garlic. I'm going to stuff the red bit with sage and onion and bacon lardons, rolling and tying it and leaving it in the fridge before really slow cooking it for around six hours tomorrow :grub:

You always say whatever I can find in the freezer, are you that disorganized you don't know what is in the thing?
Every time I go to the store I rotate The food in the fridge or freezer

Unknown veg in the freezer is organisation if you do it properly. I buy shitloads of veg and blanch and freeze it myself while I'm cooking the rest of it for a meal; bung it in a sandwich bag, chuck it in the freezer and forget about it. Far better than it rotting away in the veg drawer of the fridge.

Couldn't be arsed this evening, so it's sausage and chips. A nice bottle of PG Blush to see me through the evening,
and some strawberries and cream for pud.

Gotta have a pud. :Wiiiine!:

Yes, I'm disorganised - there do you feel better for that? :pmsl:

Life's too fucking short to rotate stuff.

Actually I have two freezers - one in the kitchen and one in the garage. We give horse muck to people who have allotments and in return most days we find some sort of veg or fruit on our doorstep. Often there's too much to eat fresh so I freeze it.
To add to your irritation, sometimes I don't even label the stuff and we get a nice surprise! :twirl:

For your delectation today's lunch is:

Chicken casserole with peppers, tarragon, mustard, carrots and onions. I am doing roast potatoes with that plus extra carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.

Dessert is a Sicilian lemon cheesecake from Lidl. :canny:
