I reckon the child in question is Turkish / Albanian or something similar. If the child was upset about not being able to wear a Crucifix and her foster carers allegedly "not speaking English" (which looks like a fabrication anyway) I wonder how they will react to being taken overseas by a grandmother who needs an English translator!

No doubt the crusaders who previously raised so much concern about safeguarding of children will crowdfund the mother's legal campaign should she consider this necessary.

The Birth Mother was from a Muslim Family, the Foster Child has now been placed with its Islamic Grandparents .

Yes, there were a number of things which made this story seem a little suspicious in terms of accuracy.

On a side note I think foster carers are supposed to guarantee they will respect the child's religious background and ensure they keep the child exposed to it during the course of the placement. Personally I don't agree with that as a child hasn't chosen the religion but rather it has placed on them by their parents. Therefore I think the duty of carers should be to act in a neutral way when it comes to religion - not not promote any one in particular or on the flip side not to detract either.

Investigations are now taking place into the News Story of the Child being Fostered by a Muslim Family as to whether this has breached Racist legislation.
The "Times" and the "Daily Fail" carried the story and Photoshopped a photo of a child with two people dressed in Muslim attire, it is alleged that this article was designed to stir up Racial Tension and was made up.
