Prison based TV shows have recently been mentioned elsewhere on the forum. But it's more appropriate here.

Anyone been following Wentworth Prison, over the years? It's probably the first Australian Drama that I've found to be pretty good.

I forgot to mention Wentworth JP - superb all round and excellent Pamela Rabe is something else as The Freak.

Ahh good old Clancy Brown, just like Rutger - never got the roles his superb talent deserved.

Sunday night so it's The Last Post on BBC1. Set in Aden. I went to school with loads of RAF kids who had been living in Aden or were posted there later.

I enjoyed Liar and I loved Wentworth as it's totally mad. :canny:

There's an Ozzie soap called A Place to Call Home which used to be on in the afternoons so I recorded it and that's very good. Next series due soon.

Peaky Blinders (season 4) is back on Wednesady night. :canny:
It's supposed to be as good as Season 1. Thank god, because the last season was :bored:

I was a bit noncommittal this time and watched halfheartedly but that ending was was great. :yikes:

Can't wait until next week now.

Maybe you should, maybe I should. It does seem rather popular. There are so many good dramas now, and in the fairly recent past.., and there is the dilemma do you have to watch all the previous series, or can you just jump straight in.

It's tough to find the time to watch everything. No sleeping, no working, would probably do it though.

I always record what I like to watch.... then end up deleting half of it that I haven't had time to watch to make space for more stuff!!
