There is no waste in the dead animal industry.
Millions of frogs legs are eaten around the world.
The rest of the frog doesn't get wasted it becomes .... and other meat or added protein.
Lots of kangaroo in pet food.
If you shop in the dreaded FARMFOODS shops read the ingredients carefully because it's in your grub too.
The stuff that glues muscle to bone cannot be digested by humans but modern methods mean that's in cheap food too along with the usual ears lips and bums.
"AND OTHER MEATS" or "ADDED PROTEIN" is industry speak for all manner of dead body parts.

Parmesan cheese that has wood shavings added .... by 'respectable' companies.
Rice that has fake plastic rice added ... made from plastic bags and this is on a massive scale.

Impossible to know if the plastic rice stories are true to be honest.

So your store-bought parmesan cheese is made with wood pulp. Is that so bad?

Wow, I have a bag of frozen prawns in my freezer, I just had a look where they are from...sure enough, from China :ooer:
Not sure I want to eat them now

I can't believe this, NZ is surrounded by ocean, we basically have a smorgasbord of seafood all around us...and we import shit from China??? :grrrrr:

It really pays to read the labels for each product we buy...I usually avoid stuff from Asian countries, however, the odd crap still slips through.

I'm disappointed.
There seems to have been a raft of legislation in 2003 that has put paid to most of the dodgy meat practices.
Saying that large companies like Findus Birds Eye and so on were selling us pony burgers this side of that date.

If god didn't want us to kill and eat animals, he wouldn't have made them out of meat.

The food processes outlined above make Halal Slaughtered meat a very minor problem and not worth worrying about ( unless one is a Racist)

I hate that fucker with the stupid Scottish accent.

It's about as convincing as a giraffe in sunglasses, pretending to be a camel.

No one really gives a shit.
It's chopped up and in little plastic packages on the shelf and we choose which ones we want and don't want and don't start fretting about how it was killed how it lived.
Seriously how many of you stop and weep while doing a food shop?
