Did you even listen to It? :gigglesnshit: It’s Weird Al taking the piss with a parody of Nirvana’s song. Kurt Cobain was certainly high a lot, don't think it was Weird Al’s thing though.

Some of it, yes. Love Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and a few more modern singers like Toby Keith and Dixie Chicks. It can sound a bit samey at times, I admit. I feel that way about a lot of rap music though.
