Meatloaf for tea today.
I know it's just a giant beefburger cooked in the oven, but I surround it with taties and these roast in the juices from the loaf, making them crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.
Serve up with veg of choice and a cheap and filling chow awaits.

That's some chemical warfare right there. Pineapple enzymes break down pork and human tissue :yikes:

Talking of pork :leer:

I've got a kilo and a half of posh pork shoulder sitting in the fridge and some spring greens waiting to be shredded and baked along with the usual Sunday dinner stuff... :woteva:

You're not kidding, a friend of mine put a joint of pork in pineapple juice to marinade overnight and when he looked in the morning the whole thing was all liquid... :yikes:

Enjoy your Sunday roast you are having my absolute favourite meal!

Love smoked food!
I prefer bacon or ham to be smoked. Love smoked cheese, markerel and haddock.
I've even said we'd drive all the way up to Arbroath just to sample authentic ''smokies'' (haddock) a local delicacy!!

I feel like hell this morning, I could just go for that but with a runny egg broken over the top

it would kill or cure

I pondered the egg conundrum, but felt it would be too much for the baguette to take.

Do it...
