I do a nice sausage dish..... I put a load of chipolatas in a roasting dish, add diced potatoes, onions, mixed peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.... season with salt, pepper, dried herbs and drizzle over garlic olive oil.... it’s so tasty ... any veg could be added, but that is my concoction!
