I do a nice sausage dish..... I put a load of chipolatas in a roasting dish, add diced potatoes, onions, mixed peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.... season with salt, pepper, dried herbs and drizzle over garlic olive oil.... it’s so tasty :thumbsup: ... any veg could be added, but that is my concoction! :mrgreen:
