If I'm nuts by pointing out to things which will financially help this country after Brexit. You are in a very bad mental state, with the things you say. So I suggest you pop of to the nearest mental institution for evaluation. Or give Jeremy Kyle a call he will help you after he has heard you out. Take the lie detector test, the question should be "Canny are you mentally ill"

You will obviously reply "No", He will ask why did you say no, You will reply I was telling the truth. He will say the test showed you lied. I could tell them don't bother with the test I know he is mentally unstable. You will probably be offered twenty weeks in an institution, Canny the help will do you good. You might even be cured of your Labourites illness.

You are (strangely) pointing out things that WON'T HAPPEN - never mind help this country financially.

You, in the way of all Leavers, are completely ignoring what the EU have said all along.

There will be no bespoke deal - so no special arrangements to accommodate your 'special' Dubai trading setup.

The rest of your blather simply confirms that you aren't too well at the moment. Trying to project your illness is a well known problem.

See your doctor, and mention this, as linked below. Good luck - mental illness is a bitch, so I am led to believe.

You sound really desperate for foreigners to keep ruling us, I bet you never told the RAF about your feelings. Being officered by a British Officer must have been a real kick in the guts. I bet you clenched your teeth and thought this man telling me what to do should be German. If you love being ruled by foreigners why don't you move to the EU and live there. All your wishes will come true. You will have 27 foreign leaders telling you what to do. :ooer:

I had Sri Lankan, South African and, during detachments, Italian and Greek officers in charge.

My feelings were ambivalent. Jobs to do and all that.

Plainly you have little ir no idea how the EU works, how voting works and how vetoes work.

Read up. And don't forget that doc's appointment.

We who want out of that cesspit of the EU know very well how the EU works, Socialist governments wanting our money but want to rule us. That's how it works. But why would you care you want to ruled by the foreigners. I can see why you want to be ruled by foreigners according to you, you got quite used it. All them foreign officer giving you orders, it sounds like you liked it.

I certainly didn't object. There's a word for that - mutiny.

Your obvious xenophobia is a real shame, it must be really embarrassing to sound like one of those brain deal EDL loons. Is it possible that it is in any way related to your 'other problem' ?

This ruled by foreigners stuff is very immature and wrong.
We were until recently in the top three nations of Britain Germany and France in shaping the EU that our kids grew up seeing as perfectly normal.
We will no longer be in anything very soon.
No say anywhere in the world about anything whatsoever.
A very lonely and ludicrous position in a world of alliances and growing economic blocs.

But it could be legitimately argued that the EU is a neoliberal hegemony and the right to self determination is a fundamental right of the peoples of a land.

The free movement of people, goods and services supports a globalist agenda surely?

Fundamental rights are an illusion.
My vote never removes the establishment.
Yes the EU to me is globalist headquarters but you cannot fight it and prosper.

I like Yanis Varoufakis's take on this. He argued (if I recall correctly) that you could only truly fight the EU from the inside and could reap benefits if you did so. He wanted an international workers coalition to hold the EU to account which if well organised could be a powerful force for change.

Admittedly when some people talk about "taking back control" there is a xenophobic element to it but from what I can gather most people truly want the independence of this country back when they say that.

It's an illusion though.
Nothing more than a soundbite.
Who rules has barely any impact on anyone.
Notice a taxi driver or window cleaner or teacher or copper ever suffer because of the EU?
Our EU where we were a main part of the law making process?
I see the above mentioned suffer everytime we get a Tory government though.
Having services is part and parcel of living in a modern all inclusive system or should be.
But every time the Tories are in office the above suffer.

You could argue many things are illusions but that doesn't take away from their importance in the hearts and minds of a population. When people from former colonies celebrate their independence from the British Empire it feels right and true to them for example and those metaphysical ideas and desires cannot be dodged.

I agree that materially though it is Government policy which has the most impact on people's day to day lives but there is another dimension above the material that people want to feel is being catered to and addressed.

The referendum was about what idea of a nation is and means to people as much as economics.

I put it all in the flag waving patriotic mentality department.
A department I've always tried to stay out of.
I know what you're saying and meaning.
I think it might be all due to centuries of conditioning by the rulers of nations.
I know when I've been out of the country home is home and I firmly know and feel where my home is.
Doing what Canny is doing in moving to another land I would find very difficult.
Bit of an adventure for a few years but I know I'd be pining for home.
So yes it is a strong feeling.
Maybe a primitive feeling.

Yes, exactly.

Protect the tribe. It's a very powerful force and often trumps logic and reason.

Have a good evening man.

Well according to you and others I would suggest we dump both houses of Parlament and let those forieigners of the EU run the whole show. You do know they are trying to make the EU The United States of Europe. Controlled by a central Government run out of Brussels and Strasburg GERMANY don,t that tell you remoaners something. Wake up or are you gonna continue to be an Otsrich with your head in the sand. You whinge, you carp, you latch onto every little word that sounds like we are gonna stay in that cesspit. Get over it, we are leaving the EU. That's what the vote said, all you have been doing is attempting to overthrow democracy. I can hear you now shouting "I want to be ruled buy foreigners" well of you go to Thailand and your wish will come true.

OH NO IT IS NOT,

We were until recently in the top three nations of Britain Germany and France in shaping the EU that our kids grew up seeing as perfectly normal.

HOW RECENTLY WHEN CAMERON VISITED THE EU THEY IGNORED HIM
WE HAVE NOT BEEN A POWER IN ANY TRADING BLOCK, FOR YEARS. TOP THREE
NATION YEA RIGHT.

We will no longer be in anything very soon. No say anywhere in the world about anything whatsoever. A very lonely and ludicrous position in a world of alliances and growing economic blocs.

AND WHAT DO YOU PUT THAT DOWN TO, BEING IN THE EU DOES NOT ALLOW
TRADING ARRANGEMENTS, UNLRSS IT MATCHES THEIR RULES ANY ONE FOR FOREIGNERS.
