A liberal country that doesn't see puff as the big, bad bogeyman. I watched that village on TV one night - years back now. Also thought it cool that you got out at weekends. Hang them high is the shout here, when half of them don't know the difference between soft and hard drugs.
I also love what they have did for the Dementia patients - again looked on with thought, not stuck in a chair and doped to their eyes all day, but rather a place where it's been tailored for them to live. They have all the things they would have saw when younger, not high tech gadgets they have no idea on how to work. Wish we had that here.
Though...............I'd get the bikes dumped in the canals. Dunno how often I was near knocked over!
