I have the same every time. Special chow mien, egg fried rice chips, curry sauce, salt and pepper chicken wings, prawn crackers... might have some spare ribs tonight, I’m hank marvin, haven’t eaten all day!

Steak and onions in the slow cooker.
I’ve been cutting down on carbs this week, so I’m doubling my steak serving and having mashed cauliflower, and crossing my fingers I like it and don’t miss proper mashed spuds.
