Yeah, on the rare occasion i’ve finished a pot noodle I see the word ‘saddo’ staring up at me from the bottom of the pot! :laughing:

I've got some spring greens and some leeks, I'm thinking about chopping them up and baking them in a cheese roux after roasting them for a bit. Anyone tried this? :ooer:

Like cauliflower cheese but without the cauliflower ? Think the leeks would work
