How many times have you said when watching a much loved film for the hundredth time "Hang on a minute, I like this bit"? Well here's your chance to let us all know about it.
Keep 'em short and sweet if you can, no-ones gonna watch a 30 minute clip.
I'll start the ball rolling with a couple:
From Full Metal Jacket - most would choose a clip involving the drill sargeant but this clip to me epitomises the Vietnam War.
From first seeing Blade Runner at the Cinema when it first came out, this scene has always stuck with me for it's poignancy. Replicant Roy Batty had done dreadful things in his short, manufactured life but you still felt empathy with him.
This film (Hellraiser) frightened the fucking beejeezzus out if me when I first saw it and this bit, the introduction of Pinhead and the Cenobites with the chilling words "but if you cheat us, we'll tear your soul apart" stayed with me long after, probably because you knew they could and would.
If you say the final quote in this clip to people of several generations, they immediately know what you're talking about. Forget the animatronic shark, this was one hell of a cast and film.
