The Tory reality distortion field

The Tory reality distortion field

I don't understand Conservatives. Do they live in an alternate reality without a housing crisis, or without an NHS crisis, or rip off train prices, or without Brexit, or without Syria, or without Trump?

I just can't understand how they can think the current economy is working for anyone. Perhaps rather than saying things like "Corbyn will ruin the country" and other smears, they should start tackling problems that impact real people? I don't understand how they find this so difficult.

Hard to imagine now but I seem to remember celebs saying if Tony Blair's lot won the lights would be going out an they'd be leaving.

Seems like a dog's age but it's only been 8 years since a Labour government.
They'll get their turn again in 2022 probably, if it lasts to term.

If you take Gigabit's latest posts
Replace "Tories" with "Labour"
Replace "Theresa May" with "Jeremy Corbyn"
You will get a match with his posts on Digital Spy from a few months ago

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt has admitted a criminal offence. What should be done with him?

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt is a criminal.

He may never go to prison for his offence because he is a Conservative cabinet member and that means corruption – but we can all see the truth of it.

Hunt bought seven luxury flats in Southampton with his wife – they acted as a company called Mare Pond Properties – then failed to notify the Register of Members’ Interests in Parliament within the required 28-day period, or Companies House. When the registration documents were filed in September 2017 only his wife was named, constituting a breach of regulations. His failure to declare his interest to Companies House is a criminal offence. It took him months to rectify these omissions.

“He also breached the Companies Act, which requires anyone with more than 25 per cent control of a company to be declared ‘a person with significant control’. The act was introduced by David Cameron’s government in 2015 to tackle money laundering and came into force the following year.”

They are indeed. In addition to the new offences against money-laundering legislation, Mr Hunt is also a tax dodger, having avoided £100,000 in tax in 2010, days before a 10 per cent rise in the tax on dividends in April 2010.

Let’s let the Telegraph, of all periodicals, explain:

Real poverty is people starving in countries like Africa and Asia

If people cannot afford to feed themselves in this country, they are the homeless

I gree up in a large family with next to nothing

My parents did not put material objects before placing food on the table

Many people today are responsible due to living beyond their means and their obsession with material objects

Food should come first over any phone, TV, car etc

People today have no idea or responsibilities

Its disgusting that anyones is homeless and I support resolving this
