Today not too bad I got moved wards at work so happy at min .I knew it was gonna be hard being on a ward that dad had been on and staff was crap .hopefully gonna be on last ward he was on cos I love the staff and get on brill with them

I am only sorry that everything in the garden is too wet to do much out there, especially as it was such a nice day.

Nice and mellow now having been shopping in Llandudno eating fish and chips on the pier visiting friends and now sitting with a bottle of whisky.

I'm am barely watching the news, my head is fimly in the sand but my ass is still alarmed. It's scary stuff and I trust very little we are told. I spent the night before last awake all night worrying and annoyed because I knew bombs would fly because I thought the decision had already been made.
