Well I’ve been having it on and off for about 8 years and the times I don’t have it I’ve had the worst flu, the kind that incapacitates you for days. So, it works for me. Maybe I’ve just been lucky.

I wouldn't call getting flu repeatedly lucky.
Maybe you've not much natural immunity to flu?

I have the flu jab annually, but it's amazing how many doctors and nurses refuse it.
