My absolute favorite....My mum makes it...I think she boils the livers...Then fries them in spices like jeera,red chillies,etc

I've made a really spiced up chilli tonight but then I read your descriptions and mine all becomes a bit bland

do you get satkora fruit there? or is that more Bangladeshi cuisine?

Satkora...I have never heard of it....

some call it shatkora - it's citrusy and you eat the rind - a lot of Indian restaurants near me sell Bangladeshi dishes too so it's maybe more from there

and the chilli - served really hot with grated cheese on top so the cheese melts, topped with sour cream, and tortilla chips on the side, probably do leftovers later in the week with sweet potato fries
