I like EE!

Not my cup of tea nowadays, because they must have exhausted every conceivable plot/scenario since 1985 when it all began. I'm much more into documentaries (science/crime/history etc.), comedies, films, quiz shows, just about exclusively.

EE is a mobile phone network provider these days.

What the hell he was on about when he left love and started passionately going on about fire being one of mans best achievements and how it enabled us to do this that and the other I have no idea and by the looks on the faces of those there neither did they.
Charley and Will were on the verge of giggling fits.
Straight after him there was a gospel style bit of singing which was brilliant .... again not something our establishment are used to at all.
Very entertaining indeed.

Because (long answer) .....

Controlled fire (heat), electricity, humans being omnivorous are the main factors that have made us what we are. Just about everything you have around you will have involved fire (heat) and electricity at some stage (*). Whether that was relevant in this case (The Royal Wedding) I don't know. Why do think dolphins that are very intelligent (maybe even more so than humans) have never been able to develop much technology, other than an extremely sophisticated sonar system, which knocks radar etc. into a cocked hat as far as we know? That's because dolphins are sea based, humans are land based and fire (heat), electricity doesn't work that well when it's immersed in water.

(*) That was for example whatever transport the people used to get to the wedding, what they they wearing (clothes/jewelry etc.), any hot food they were eating, transmission of the event via camera/internet etc., pictures taken on PC/phone/tablet equipment. Well just about everything really.

Short answer. This wedding could never have happened without the use of fire (heat) and electricity.

One week at church, my usual minister was on holiday and we had a minister that was very similar to the preacher on Saturday.

Very Fire and Brimstone.

Her dress was gorgeous, she looked cool and elegant and yes she looked "amazing, absolutely". Some women don't like loads of frilly Frou Frou pearl encrusted stuff. She made up for that simplicity by her stunning veil.

rubbish, it's because fire doesn't work that well when it's immersed in water. if dolphins could get around that they'd be laughing.
