I lived quite an exciting life from my early teens. By the time I moved to London, same area but before you, I found the High St Ken/Portabello/Notting Hill "scene" somewhat wearisome. There were many nights when I prayed to be left alone.

I don't miss it tbh - perhaps I've always been boring?

It was round the whole New Romantic phase, i looked like Cyndi Lauper, big bow on my head and frilly pettycoats

I still go to bed late but these days Im reading Stephen king books

I loved the 1980s. I used to have huge hair and be accessorised within an inch of my life at all times... hats, gloves, belts and scarves - the lot!

I used to have beads, bangles, earrings and hair accessories in every colour you could think of.
