Never had duck but it all sounds delicious Dimps. :cuppaT:

This was in a recently opened Caribbean restaurant, here in Edinburgh. It's fairly wacky and eclectic - and with absolutely no frills whatsoever - but the food is absolutely amazing. We've been twice now and have been completely blown away by the food both times.

My tomato, onion chilli and sweet corn soup. I love it. Sometimes I grate a bit cheese on the top.

All this talk of jerk food makes me want some jerk chicken from a little takeaway on the Dudley Road that does the best jerk chicken I have ever tasted!

Had roast chicken, stuffing, baby potatoes, broccoli, carrots, peas and cabbage for lunch with Apple pie and vanilla ice cream for pudding. Probably have chicken and stuffing sandwiches later if I get peckish.

There's a guy near Lewisham Hospital who runs Cummin' Up, he does free Christmas Day lunches for everyone, his Jerk chicken just falls off the bone, such flavour. Don;t ask me what herbs and spices he uses but it tastes delicious.
