What's the difference between the air coming in the window when I'm inside and the air outside the window when I'm standing outside?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_quali ... ed_Kingdom
Everywhere I've checked so far is 1 (best rating) including London. Main pollutants are either nitrogen dioxide, ozone or PM 10 (particulate matter).
