Thousands back campaign to shut down Tommy Robinson’s PayPal

Thousands back campaign to shut down Tommy Robinson’s PayPal

Postby Guest » Wed Aug 08, 2018 6:17 pm

Thousands of people are urging PayPal to close Tommy Robinson’s account in an attempt to knock his far-right movement ‘down at the knees’.

Already over 27,000 people have signed the SumOfUs petition which calls for the company to stop processing donations for the 35-year-old.

The campaign is asking PayPal to enforce its own Acceptable Use Policy, which forbids the use of the service for the ‘promotion of hate, violence, racial or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory’.

First stop should be to deny him the 'oxygen of publicity'.

Actually, denial of any oxygen at all sounds fair.

Jailing him failed, it only added to his popularity and wealth

Nonsense. He is a self-publicist, backed financially by some very shady US alt-right people. He doesn't need money.

Are you actually saying his popularity did not increase and people did not send him money, meaning all the reports about it were all lies???

I'm saying none of that made any difference. 'Tommy' is a puppet, paid and directed by the far-right in the US. He does and says what he is told to do and say.

So why go and jail him so that he attracts even more attention, the oxygen you wish to deny him?
He's a hate figure who is very divisive, so 200 hours unpaid work with a large fine would have been better.
Would people really want to see him weeding old people's gardens, painting fences etc?
I doubt he'd want that either and hence I believe you should stop jailing this man.
Keeping him out of the public eye would be best for what you desire.

He takes money from Yanks to pull his stunts, which in turn helps flog his books. But I wouldn't expect a compliant yes sir/no sir grunt like yourself to do anything other that admire him.

Rochdale paedophiles could be deported seems to be a thread that the trolling Azwipe is scared to comment on? Which speaks volumes :cuppaT:

No need, I've always condemned child rape, Raven.

Alas, unlike yourself who openly supported (and still can't bring yourself to condemn) Tory peado enablers. :shake head:
